Only operational profile details (phone, email, and addresses) are collected to perform pickup logistics.
Transactions are processed directly by certified gateway services (Razorpay) and never logged locally.
We strictly prohibit the distribution or sale of personal profiles to external advertising companies.
1. Types of Data Collected
Sun White Laundry collects information necessary to execute orders and manage profiles. This includes:
- Contact Information: Your name, phone number, and email address collected during registration or checkout.
- Logistics Data: Your precise delivery addresses, structural landmarks, and custom pickup timings.
- Order History: Record of services, garment fabric types, stain logs, and invoice balances.
2. How Personal Data is Utilized
Your personal profiles are used exclusively to maintain and improve our service standards:
- To dispatch valets accurately and verify operational coverage via area pincodes.
- To transmit order status alerts, delivery schedule windows, and invoices via automated SMS or WhatsApp notifications.
- To maintain internal records of clean-room care metrics, dry cleaning treatments, and custom fabric instructions.
3. Financial Security & Encryption Standards
Primacy is placed on payment safety. Standard payment forms processed online are routed through a highly secured, SSL-encrypted connection directly to certified gatekeepers (e.g. Razorpay).
Sun White Laundry does not collect, log, or store credit card credentials, bank account numbers, or UPI pins on our local backend servers. Offline payment options (Cash/UPI on delivery) are logged by valets at handoff.
4. Data Retention & Erasure Requests
We retain user profiles as long as accounts remain active to facilitate quick subsequent bookings. If you wish to delete your account or request the complete removal of your address and profile history, please contact our helpdesk at support@sunwhitelaundry.com.
