Refund, Cancellation & Reclean Policy

Free collection and re-cleaning within 24 hours if you are unsatisfied with the wash or press quality.
Compensation for damage in custody is limited to 10x the service charge of that individual garment.
Free cancellations up to 2 hours before the scheduled window; ₹50 fee applied for late changes.
1. Quality Reclean Guarantee
Sun White Laundry stands behind our artisanal standards. If a dry-cleaned, washed, or pressed garment fails to meet your expectations (e.g., missed spots, poor press alignment), notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Our valet will pick up the garment, and our care laboratory team will examine and re-process the item free of charge. Claims submitted beyond the 24-hour delivery window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Cancellations & Late Dispatch Fees
Clients may reschedule or cancel booked pickups by contacting our support team via WhatsApp, phone, or email up to 2 hours before the selected valet arrival window. Your Booking ID (shown on your confirmation email and the booking success page) helps us locate your order quickly.
If a pickup is cancelled less than 2 hours before the scheduled slot, or if the valet arrives at the address and finds the client unavailable, a ₹50 logistics dispatch fee will be added to the next invoice to cover logistics overheads.
3. Damage, Shrinkage & Custody Liability
Garments are subjected to rigorous pre-inspections inside our laboratory. In the highly exceptional event that a garment suffers damage, color bleeding, or shrinkage while in our laboratory custody:
- Compensation Cap: Our total liability is capped at 10x the service charge billed for cleaning that specific item, up to a maximum of ₹5,000 per order, whichever is lower.
- Excluded Trims: Sun White Laundry assumes no liability for accessories, buttons, beads, sequins, buckles, zippers, or internal shoulder pads that degrade or detach during standard mechanical cleaning cycles.
- Color Fastness: We are not liable for pre-existing fabric wear, color bleeding on non-fast dyes, or fabric degradation caused by sunlight exposure or wear before pickup.
4. Refund Issuance
Cash refunds are not issued for service dissatisfaction; instead, quality-related issues are corrected via our re-cleaning protocol. If a refund is approved by our management team for billing errors or verified logistics incidents, the amount will be credited back via the original payment route (Razorpay online return or wallet balance adjustments) within 5-7 business days.
